Not really sure if I want to wear the costume or be the photographer, but these certainly win my vote for portraiture and originality...

Rob Ford, the closest thing we have to the Rhino Party, would probably get my vote just because he's made me laugh.  He's made large parts of  Toronto laugh too, and it's about time this town stopped taking itself so seriously.  Honestly, Toronto, the rest of the country has been laughing at you for years!

The last I heard, though, is that spending is going UP, now that council has taken away his "powers".  Let's see how well that fares in the next election!
