The Common Cold

The last time I had the common cold, I had to appear onstage that evening. It was also a Saturday and that common cold wrecked the whole weekend. Of course, I was well enough to work the following Monday.

Well, it's Day 2 of the Common Cold and I'm well enough to get to the computer, and not well enough to manage work. And because it's not the weekend, I feel guilty. So I think I'll go back to bed once the room stops spinning. This keyboard is making so much noise, it's making my false teeth hurt.

Did I mention it's a perfectly beautiful blue sky winter day with the thermometer well above freezing? Damn it.
